Indian Gravy Chicken Recipe 



 Here is a simple and delicious recipe for chicken gravy:

Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp oil or butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

In a large pan, heat the oil or butter over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become soft and translucent.

Add the minced garlic and ginger paste to the pan, and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.

Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and stir well to combine.

Slowly pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Add the salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano to the pan and stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency.

Adjust the seasoning as necessary and serve hot with your favorite sides.
